Our Restaurant

Our menus are exclusively vegetarian and vegan.

Fontallorso is endowed with a large kitchen equipped for the preparation of any meal, offering all that is needed to host vegetarian and vegan cookery courses!

Our meals are cooked by our chef Maria who, with the sole use of fresh products from our 800 sqm organic vegetable garden or local organic and biodynamic farms (ancient grain flour, Monococco spelt, Casentino flour, biodynamic cheese), prepares excellent dishes inspired by simplicity and genuineness. Our menus are exclusively vegetarian and vegan and respectful of the individual needs of our guests; we will be happy to meet particular dietary guidelines, such as intolerance or allergy to any specific food.

Our Dishes

We design all of our recipes according to season and natural growth time of garden products: you will savour herbs in spring, tomatoes in the summer, pumpkin in autumn and cabbage in winter. Our chef Maria makes a wise use of cultivated and spontaneous aromatic herbs: our recipes aim to rediscover traditional and rural flavours, in constant research of enrichment of our vegetarian  cuisine.
